Refund, Returns and Shipping Policy – Campify

1. Product Shipping

1.1 Delivery areas

Campify delivers products within Romania. For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

1.2 Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days from the moment the order is confirmed, depending on product availability and the delivery location.
During busy periods (holidays, promotions), delivery may take longer.

1.3 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing the order.
Occasionally, Campify may offer free shipping during promotional campaigns.

1.4 Order processing

Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.5 Delivery partners

Shipping is carried out through partner courier companies. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

According to applicable legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receiving them, without providing a reason.

2.1 Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in the same condition as when delivered;
  • show no signs of use;
  • be in the original packaging with all accessories and documents;
  • be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

Campify reserves the right to refuse returns if these conditions are not met.

2.2 Non-returnable products

The following products cannot be returned:

  • used or damaged products;
  • products without original packaging;
  • customized or made-to-order products.

3. Return procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email to contact@campify.ro including:
    • order number;
    • product(s) you wish to return;
    • reason for return (optional).
  2. You will receive instructions on how to ship the product.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except when the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.


4. Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned products, the amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Campify may delay the refund until the product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.


5. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Campify will cover the return shipping costs and will replace the product or refund the amount paid.


6. Order cancellation

An order can be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible at contact@campify.ro.
